She told me about it a few months ago. As it is, I think that might have me more rattled. The Capitol can come after me however they want. They won't, however, get to hurt my sister again. I'll see to that, and I'll make them pay, too, for what happened before, even if I was never there to see it myself. "But, you know. Not hurt."
